Lauren Steiner, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and Functional Medicine Nutritionist who strives to make health and nutrition attainable in everyday life.
Lauren received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Lauren’s experience spans both clinical and functional medicine nutrition, including roles at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Baptist Health Doctors Hospital, Physiologic Functional Medicine, and Hormone Healing Dietitians.
Lauren takes a deep-dive into your lifestyle and goals, and designs a personalized program to have you feeling and looking your best. She believes in identifying the root cause of her clients’ symptoms with functional testing and analysis when necessary.
Lauren works with her clients as they integrate new habits, and supports them in making conscious lifestyle choices with real, tangible results. Your needs are her priority, and she will be with you every step of the way.
Lauren lives in Miami, Florida with her husband, son, and daughter.
